Distance Sale Contract
For Online Consultation and Online Mentorship Services

This Distance Sale Contract ("Contract") governs the terms and conditions for the distance sale of online consultation and online mentorship services provided by Ghazi Almahayni ("Provider") through the website named Ghazi Almahayni ("Website"). By purchasing or engaging in our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms:

Service Description:
a. Online Consultation: The Provider offers online consultation services, which involve the provision of professional guidance, advice, or expertise in a specific area through virtual communication channels such as video calls, chats, or phone calls.
b. Online Mentorship: The Provider offers online mentorship services, which include structured programs or courses providing guidance, support, and knowledge in a particular field or subject matter. -
Ordering Process:
a. Client may place an order for services through the Website by selecting the desired service, completing the necessary payment, and providing any relevant information as requested.
b. By submitting an order, Client agrees to be bound by this Contract and acknowledges that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete. -
Delivery of Services:
a. Online Consultation: Upon successful completion of the order and payment process, the Provider will schedule a mutually agreed-upon date and time for the online consultation session. The session details will be communicated to the Client via email or other agreed-upon means.
b. Online Mentorship: After the purchase of an online mentorship program, the Client will receive email with zoom meeting link to meet with ghazi almahayni until all the sessions completed. -
Payment and Pricing:
a. The Client shall pay the specified price for the selected service as indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.
b. All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. -
Right of Withdrawal:
a. The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 24 hours from the date of purchase without providing any reason.
b. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Provider of their decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email).
c. If the Client exercises the right of withdrawal, the Provider will refund the Client the full amount paid for the services within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification. -
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Online Consultation: If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule an online consultation, they must notify the Provider at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of the consultation session.
b. Online Mentorship: Refunds for online mentorship programs may be considered within a specified refund period, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. The Client must contact the Provider's customer support team within the designated refund period to request a refund. -
Privacy and Confidentiality:
a. The Provider is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information shared by the Client during the course of the services. The Provider will adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations. -
Limitation of Liability:
a. The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client arising from the use or inability to use the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. -
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.
b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.
